Carmelo is a happy, playful spirit , who loves cuddles and playtime! He’s a sweetheart who was found begging for help outside in the Bronx on a cold late autumn night. We scooped him up, brought him into a warm foster home , and had him fully vetted. He is neutered , microchipped, vaccinated, negative for FIV and FELV , and has been treated for any potential parasites /fleas.
