Melody is an extremely affectionate young girl looking for a special family to love and cuddle her. She must be adopted either solo or to a home with a dog or, other FELV positive cats. She is extremely loving and a human focused- she loves to follow you from room to room , and can’t wait until you sit down and it’s cuddle time. She loves to play fetch with her toy mice and happily runs to catch it and bring it back you! She loves having her beautiful coat brushed and purrs so loudly to thank you . Sleeping in bed with foster mom makes her so happy , and she boops you on the nose adorably to say good morning!

Melody is spayed , up to date on rabies and fvrcp vaccines , Microchipped , and treated for any potential parasites or fleas.

Melody has FELV (Feline Leukemia) but we ask please don’t hold it against her, she doesn’t have any idea and is happy and otherwise healthy inside and loved! We can explain to any who are curious . We are seeking a home as either a single cat or with another sweet and playful FELV positive cat. With a healthy diet, this super sweet girl can thrive and will have the BEST chance at a long, wonderful, healthy, normal life.

We URGE you to consider adopting a cat like Melody, a cat that doesn’t understand why she gets overlooked, and why there is a stigma against cats like her. She is so sweet and DESERVES a loving home.
